This device is an alternative to the usual power supply that is used to be a small black
device.
In my constructed device, there is an electronic current protection which limits the
current to
be maximum 3.25 amps. If the mains doesn't work, you may instead use the emergency DC
power supply. In that case e.g. you connect in series two car batteries and the total
voltage
sum will be 24 volts.
